To provide comprehensive private jet charter management, flight concierge, and global air mobility solutions, connecting corporate clients, high net worth individuals, and institutional flyers with vetted aircraft operators, and to offer specialized consulting on fleet management, operational efficiency, and aviation asset maximization.

To establish, operate, manage, and facilitate domestic and international air cargo, freight forwarding, and express logistics operations, including the scheduling, routing, and management of cargo charter aircraft, air freight consolidation, supply chain advisory, and time critical logistics solutions for commercial entities globally.

A Commerce graduate with a deep understanding of corporate compliance and international trade frameworks, she has successfully managed board operations as a Director across prominent international trading and coal mining corporations.
Beyond her extensive commercial and administrative acumen, her connection to global aviation spans decades. Immersed in an elite aviation family, she holds a unique, comprehensive perspective on the sector fortified as the spouse of an airline captain with 30 years of commercial flight experience, and as the mother of an airline First Officer. Under her visionary leadership, Ramjet Advisory operates with absolute operational discipline and commercial integrity.
JANNAT KAPOOR
Director of Financial Strategy & Corporate Development
Jannat Kapoor leads the financial architecture, asset valuation models, and long term investment strategies for Ramjet Advisory Private Limited. Pursuing a specialized Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Finance and her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter, she brings a deep analytical, data driven edge to the board, ensuring maximum capital efficiency for the firm and its corporate clients.
Representing the next generation of our family’s deep aerospace heritage, her exposure to the mechanics of global aviation is lifelong. Raised alongside veteran airline cockpit command and institutional civil aviation policy planning, she uniquely synthesizes world class financial engineering with a natural, sophisticated understanding of aviation economics. At Ramjet Advisory, she masterminds the complex financial syndications, lease versus buy analytics, and corporate development strategies that secure our clients' high value global assets.
